Re-charging and getting ready for a new library system
We have decided to stay closed over the full Easter weekend to give our team a four-day break. This is in preparation for several weeks’ intensive training to learn the ins and outs of a new library management system (LMS) which we are bringing to you in June.
A significant amount of work has already gone into this upcoming change. For example, we have been busy ensuring that our catalogue records – that’s over 100,000 listings! – will transfer smoothly to the new system.
We will share detailed news of the upcoming system changes with you soon.
