After receiving feedback on social media, during in-person meetings and from emails and phone calls, we are unable to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for those who had planned to attend this event. This decision is not something we take lightly and we understand that this may be disappointing to some. The safety of our tamariki, community and staff is our priority.

This is a family friendly storytime, which means the content is appropriate to the audience. They will be reading stories about empathy, diversity, and belonging, while in audience appropriate costume.
